As a Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working on both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution. What You'll Do Strategic Ownership: + Partner with the Head of Product to define a bold, clear product vision that aligns with our overall business goals and market ambitions. Roadmap Leadership: + Own and evolve the product roadmap — align priorities, define milestones, and continuously refine based on insights from stakeholders, users, and the competitive landscape. Delivery Accountability: + Drive end-to-end product delivery. + Work closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely execution and high-quality releases. + Track progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure product launches stay on track. Vendor & Integration Management: + Lead the full lifecycle of third-party integrations — from vendor scouting and evaluation to onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring. Cross-functional Collaboration: + Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to turn vision into action. + Translate strategy into user stories and product requirements that deliver measurable value. Market Insight & Research: + Stay ahead of trends in fintech and technology. + Conduct market research and user interviews to uncover opportunities for new products and product enhancements. Data-Driven Decision Making: + Сhampion a culture of data. + Use product analytics and user feedback to iterate, optimize, and make informed decisions that move the needle.
