**Product Manager**
Develop and market the designated products to be in the line of company’s expectation in the view of sales, profit and quality image. Successfully execute the agreed marketing plan. Be the prime source of information related to the product and market. Run critical processor related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches and business performance tracking. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
**Roles and responsibility:**
+ **Market Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, market potential and competitive landscape in the dermatology and IBD market.
+ **Strategy Development:** Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive product growth and enhance market presence for short, medium and long term.
+ **Product Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch activities including positioning, pricing, and promotion.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, medical affairs, market access, government affairs, supply chain, regulatory teams and enabling function to ensure product success.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback to develop product strategies and key tactics.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze product performance metrics and sales data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
+ **Budget Management:** Manage product budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
**Essential knowledge & skills:**
**Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
+ **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical business, preferably in dermatology or gastroenterology.
+ **Language Skills:** Good command of Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
+ **Skills:** Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
