Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, the main focus for this role will be developing new products and commercially drive existing products, supporting the growth of the business. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Ensure sales/profitability goals for the various Tank Level Gauging products are achieved/exceeded + Identify new TLG growth opportunities, together with the Product Marketing Manager, within applications, markets and next generation technologies + Supervise TLG technology developments within and outside our business domain and identify actions to exploit potential market opportunities and eliminate potential threats. + Conduct competitor analysis and apply the analysis in the product development. + Drive Product development from a commercial point of view. + Support the solution manager with in-depth product knowledge. **Who You Are:** You demonstrate each team member’s outstanding background to achieve team goals and you model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions empowering your team. You are passionately motivated about making an impact, always deliver outstanding work and act with integrity. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + University degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering field + A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the marine industry, of which at least 3 years in a product development/ product management function, sailing service in technical department or other proven experience. + Good knowledge or understanding of the marine applications on a vessel. Sailing experience is a plus. + Good knowledge of project and/or product management principles.
