We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the creation of AI-powered, data-driven digital products that scale value across commercial, operational, and technical domains.
As a Product Manager in the Digital Innovation EMEA team, you’ll transform complex challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions fueling growth, efficiency, and competitive edge across a €20B+ global tech distribution business.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 day per week onsite, based in our Tres Cantos (Madrid) or Barcelona office.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap definition, delivery, and continuous improvement.Translate business challenges into product strategy in collaboration with Sales, Business, Tech, and Supplier partners.Work directly with key suppliers to align and execute joint digital strategies, ensuring shared value creation and strategic alignment.Prioritize product features based on business impact, user feedback, and data insights.Collaborate with Development, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver high-performance digital tools.Monitor adoption, engagement, and ROI KPIs to drive product iteration and optimization.Ensure alignment with the broader EMEA digital roadmap and business objectives.Act as a thought leader and evangelist for product-driven innovation across the region.What we're looking for:
4+ years in Product Management roles within digital, SaaS, or B2B tech environments.Understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven platforms (hands-on tech skills not required, but clarity of vision is).Strong business orientation: you think in terms of outcomes, impact, and metrics, not just features.Skilled in stakeholder communication, especially across functions and seniority levels.Fluent in English.Bonus Points For...
