As a Product Manager focused on our website, you'll help enhance user experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target for A/B testing. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business goals into data-driven web features that boost engagement, personalization, and customer satisfaction—ultimately driving loyalty in AAA products including membership, insurance, travel, and roadside services.

What You'll Do
Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create seamless, engaging web experiences that improve user satisfaction and retention.
Design and execute A/B tests using Adobe Target to enhance website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Partner with marketing teams to integrate web content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with SEO, SEM, and broader strategies for maximum impact.
Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and requirements to guide agile development and deliver high-value features.
Perform market and competitive research to uncover trends, informing product roadmaps and innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with designers and developers to launch updates and features on time, with a focus on quality and user feedback.
Analyze website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and KPIs to measure initiative success and recommend data-driven improvements.
Support marketing campaign development, ensuring seamless website integration and goal alignment.
Assist with Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations as needed to support marketing efforts.
Manage project timelines to keep deliverables on track, fostering a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
In your first 90 days, you'll immerse in AEM optimizations, contribute to a A/B testing initiatives via Adobe Target, and build relationships across teams for quick wins.
What You'll Need
Demonstrated skills in product management, ideally with website or digital marketing focus (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), personalization strategies, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, IT, or related field—or equivalent education/work experience.
Experience with digital marketing tools and practices, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Strong analytical abilities, with hands-on use of tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in creating documentation such as user stories and process flows.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for thriving in cross-functional environments.
Preferred: Experience in Agile methodologies and a passion for problem-solving with ownership.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
