Product Manager [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Build new or improve existing digital platform services to improve client experiences and increase effectiveness of front office and middle office team members. Develop platform services that are scalable and performant, and help teams develop and operate applications on the digital platform. Define and manage all aspects of technical delivery including scope, budget, financial forecasting, and scheduling. Determine resource requirements and procures resources. Manage contract project and program resources. Facilitate impact analysis of current and existing technologies on the program. Manage project-related vendors. Support enterprise vendor management standards and coordinate initial contracts, contract renewals, and addenda to contracts with key project vendors. Support management in data gathering for regulatory and third-party reviews. Lead platform machine learning implementation while adhering to proper industry standards and limitations. Build banking platform services such as federated intelligent search. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Associate, IT Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Software Developer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Associate, IT Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Software Developer or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: AI/ML and cloud technology; cloud architectures; container architectures; SaaS license management; driving large complex migrations to AWS from on-prem solutions; building frameworks and track a product's key success metrics including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability; forecasting; cash flow management; risk management; Treasury Services including business, payments, operations, and technology strategy; defining a strategic vision and roadmap for payment products that enable capabilities, governance, and operational metrics for LLMs; LLM frameworks including LangChain and OpenLLM; Natural Language Understanding and Natural Language Programming within context of chatbot development or related AI applications.  

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
