What You'll Do at Pega: Lead UX discussions with designers, consuming stakeholder feedback to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure market needs are understood and delivered, managing the backlog and prioritizing epics and user stories.Drive product vision and strategy for process mining solutions, translating market needs into features and capabilities.Define and maintain product roadmaps, goals, and assets, aligning them with business objectives.Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate product capabilities, and validate use cases.Create enablement materials and support go-to-market activities.Advocate for user experience excellence and data-driven decision-making.Who You Are: A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, passionate about solving customer problems with intuitive and impactful solutions.Experienced in product management or UX roles, with a focus on user experience and agile methodologies.Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving consensus and outcomes.Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Knowledge of the Pega Platform is a significant advantage. What You've Accomplished: 8-12 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in product management.Demonstrated success defining, launching and managing high-quality integrations and services for successful applicationsUnderstand and are opinionated on the integration technology landscapeHands-on development experience with cloud services and designing microservicesHave an eye towards design and drive to find simple solutions to complex problemsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar fieldHands-on front end development experience would be a plusExperience in managing remote development teams would be a bonusPega Offers You: Gartner and Forrester acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products in a massive emerging marketContinuous learning and development opportunitiesAn innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environmentCompetitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company
