Product Manager, Pricing

The Product Manager of Pricing will lead product management activities for Pricing Solutions suite of products. This includes overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, market launch, and post-market support. In addition to leading specific projects, this role provides leadership and mentorship to junior team members on the product management team.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and advocate for product strategy

Determine and drive product strategy to improve business outcomes and tool adoption through gaining support from business leadersLead team to support strategy through effective prioritization / roadmap for area of responsibilityManage stakeholders and influence leaders to drive outcomes

Drive streamlined business processes and technical solutions to support them

Understand and document business processes while looking for solutions- people, process and technology with an eye toward user and customer experience.Partner with technology team members to determine the best solution and advocate for those solutions with leadership.Prioritize both work the product owner team has as well as on the technology teams plate in order to have the greatest business impact.

Communicate and support change management efforts

Present to leadership on productivity and value of existing and upcoming featuresWork closely with training, communication, and change management teams to reach high success/adoption of product and tools

Organizing and prioritizing

Support the organization of work as well as portfolio management and prioritizationEstablish and maintain agreements between team members on requirements 

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills:

Product ownership or product / program management and a record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions (1+ years preferred)Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM / SFA or similar platform (1+ year)Experience working within Agile based methodologyStrong communication with various levels of leadership

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

Experience with CPQ systems preferredExperience with development tools including Atlassian or JIRA  Running pilot programs and A/B Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive results in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing prioritiesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership abilities

Travel 
Up to 10% travel required (McKesson office-based)

Education 
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$91,500 - $152,500
