The Audience & Measurement Solutions team is a fast-growing group powering Best Buy Ads—our rapidly expanding retail media network. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our campaign measurement capabilities. This role is critical to building a scalable, privacy-first advertising measurement infrastructure that spans campaign reporting, attribution, cross-channel insights, and more.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What You’ll Do:
Define and scale our holistic campaign measurement strategy
Partner with Data Science, Reporting & Insights, Data Engineering, and external tech vendors
Develop and evolve cross-environment attribution methodologies and privacy-forward analytics
Support identity resolution, clean room adoption, and actionable performance reporting
Deliver measurement insights for both internal and advertiser-facing needs
About You:
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving
Strong communicator with technical fluency and a customer-first mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across a matrixed org
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years in Product Management
Strong understanding of digital ad metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS)
Experience with attribution models (last-touch, MTA, incrementality)
Ability to define and prioritize product requirements based on impact
Hands-on experience with SQL and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong data fluency and comfort QA’ing pipelines, troubleshooting, and analyzing performance
Familiarity with APIs, cloud data platforms, and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building scalable measurement frameworks or advertiser-facing tools
Familiarity with clean rooms (e.g., Habu, Safe Haven, Snowflake Clean Room, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
Knowledge of identity solutions like RampID, UID2.0, hashed identifiers
Experience in privacy-preserving analytics and data governance
Exposure to MMM, incrementality testing, predictive measurement
Understanding of RTB, CDPs, DMPs, and SSPs in the advertising ecosystem
Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, and cloud-native data infrastructure
Passion for AI/ML use cases in advertising measurement
