Job Title: Product Manager, Mainline Franchise- Vaccines

About the Job

 

The Product Manager, Mainline will be an integral member of the franchise and will play a critical role within the US Vaxelis Marketing Team. This position reports to the Head, Mainline Franchise and will support the development of strategy and drive execution of a dynamic cross-functional tactical plan. This role will require close collaboration with market access, sales, finance, legal, global business unit, and key stakeholders within joint venture.

Main Responsibilities:

 

Integral responsibilities within the partnership, including strategy and tactical development for Vaxelis

Improving brand growth and business performance by leveraging real-time data and results, and deeply understanding the behavior change of customers across the Mainline portfolio of products

Defining and implementing a segmentation strategy that identifies the greatest financial opportunities and informs deployment and execution

Capitalizing on market/brand/customer opportunities based on changing customer demands, competitive activities, and market trends

Defining and implementing a segmentation strategy that identifies the greatest financial opportunities and informs deployment and execution

Partnering closely with Commercial Training to ensure alignment to strategy and execution as resources and programs roll out to the Sales Teams

Building strong partnerships with creative agencies and other third-party vendors in the development and execution of best-in-class campaigns

Managing the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of relevant promotional materials

Managing and optimizing assigned promotional budget

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of business performance and proactively identifying risks and opportunities

About You

Education Requirement(s):

 

Required: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred: Master’s Degree

 

Required Experience and Skills:

 

Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or vaccine experience

Minimum of two (2) years of pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing experience

Strong critical and strategic thinking skills

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

High comfort level with data, analytics and forecasting

Experience with developing personal and non-personal promotion tactical plans

Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization

Experience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time management

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insights

Experience in working with RC (MLR) and pharmaceutical or vaccine environment

Experience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time management

Preferred Experience and Skills:

 

Experience in US vaccine market

Experience in working collaboratively with medical, communications, public affairs, policy and market access

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
