Lennar is looking for a creative and ambitious Product Manager to lead our Marketing Enablement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data — someone who is passionate about building intelligent, personalized, and scalable customer experiences.
As a key member of our product team based in Dallas, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for marketing technologies that power our digital engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, data science, and marketing partners to deliver solutions that leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data platforms (CDPs), and emerging AI technologies to create meaningful 1:1 connections with prospective homebuyers.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing enablement tools and platforms.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for personalized, data-driven marketing journeys, with a focus on 1:1 customer experiences.
Lead initiatives around customer segmentation, persona development, and reactivation strategies across digital touchpoints.
Champion and implement hyper-personalization strategies to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right time.
Ensure seamless data orchestration across systems including Salesforce, CDPs (like mParticle), and other marketing technologies.
Translate high-level business goals into detailed product and technical requirements, working cross-functionally to execute with speed and quality.
Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance marketing automation, optimization, and customer engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on backend marketing platforms or enablement tools.
Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs (like mParticle), and marketing automation ecosystems.
Strong product leadership with the ability to prioritize work, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, customer journey mapping software, and marketing analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you’re comfortable driving alignment across teams, from engineers to executives.
A strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and a passion for solving real customer problems.
You’re customer-obsessed, results-driven, and excited by the opportunity to build smarter marketing experiences through technology.
Bachelor's degree required.
