THE POSITION
Develop and oversee the marketing strategy and tactical plan of respiratory brands. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and lead improvement of it.
Tasks & responsibilitiesProduct managementTo develop strategies for key target depts. promotion of specific brand, track KPI, timeline and budgetTo prepare and implement related annual brand planManagement / co-ordinationTo develop and manage national level KOLsEnsure high quality implementation of marketing plans Control of the budget within agreed limits; allocate budget by annual strategy to keep efficacy.Implement quality standards of daily workDrive innovations in hospital communication and support to support robust business growthEnsure optimal flow of information, messages and material to salesforce; set up the product training for sales forceCross function communicationsCollaborate with local and ROPU brand team to implement and optimize annual planSet up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and planMarket intelligenceLead and implement necessary research and analysis, to understand market dynamics and initiate marketing programsMaintain competitive and updated on competitor activities.
RequirementsAt least 5 years of marketing experience in multinationals; sales experience is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmaceutical science/Medicine or related fieldPreferably having experience in Pulmonology and Rheumatology TA Leadership and decision making and Strategic integration and result orientationStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business Business acumen and Excellent people interaction skillsPreferably having experience in product launch and launch readiness
