We are a team of software engineers, power systems experts and clean energy geeks who are impatient to tackle climate change head on through our energy system. We are working with partners around the world to create AI powered tools that will help everyone who works with the grid build and manage a carbon-free and secure electricity system. You’ll be at the center of product development, helping to shape our roadmap and bring cutting-edge software tools to life. You’ll work across engineering, data science, partnerships, and power systems to deliver products that solve high-impact problems in grid decarbonization and transformation. **How you will make 10x impact:** + Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build software products that support the energy transition + Collaborate with power system experts, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value + Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and success metrics + Lead customer discovery with strategic partners, understand technical use cases, and translate insights into product features + Leverage geospatial data and spatial intelligence to enhance grid situational awareness, visibility, and decision-making + Develop clear product documentation and communicate product vision across technical and non-technical audiences **Who You Are:** + A mid-career product manager with deep energy/electricity domain expertise + Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from zero to one in fast-paced environments + Experienced in cross-disciplinary collaboration across software, AI/ML, and power systems + Passionate about climate, electrification, and infrastructure innovation + Familiar with customer-centric product development, ideally with high-touch enterprise users + Preferably with startup experience or experience on a small, early-stage team **What you should have:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field + 8+ years of product management experience + Strong experience building software products for the distribution power system + Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and SaaS products + Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and managing ambiguity **Nice to Haves** + Background in energy consulting + Experience at the intersection of software and physical infrastructure + Writing samples or public-facing product documentation + Prior success in productizing research or innovation prototypes The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 - $175,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
