Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends through research and data analysis to uncover actionable insightsDrive the development of the product segment strategy and roadmap, appraise and prioritise new ideas for the development of products and servicesAssess competition through analysis and benchmarking to define product features and specifications, and monitoring activity to develop counter-strategiesResponsible for the printing and signage product categories new product development and business continuity activities, together with strategic supplier selection and cost minimisationDevelop and implement marketing programs to drive product mix improvements to maximise growth and profitabilityDefine and implement product pricing and positioning to grow segment share profitablyDefine the product messaging and objectives to develop product marketing communications and effective go-to-market plansWork closely with sales leaders to map segments by category to develop product sales strategiesWork collaboratively and build strong relationships with global product and marketing teams.
