To create this all-new automotive financing experience, we are gathering a team of world-class strategists, innovators, creators, and technicians and searching for a **Product Manager** , **Global Finance Calculation Platform** who will help to unlock the power of our financial calculation platform and transform our relationship with our customers. **What you’ll be doing**
You will be responsible and accountable for the delivery and growth of innovative Global Financial Calculation platform that other internal digital product teams can leverage. You'll also work with tech teams in a matrixed environment whilst owning the future vision and roadmap of your area. You’ll be expected to:
+ Align product vision with company strategy and set measurable goals and roadmaps. Develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in conjunction with product marketing team.
+ Deep dive into our financial systems to define the platform use cases. Also, identify new product opportunities through data insights and experimentation.
+ Write compelling product requirement documents (PRDs) to drive clarity and purpose.
+ Prioritize features and enhancements based on user and customer feedback, market research and business needs. Use data-driven techniques to prioritize features.
+ Assist in refining and grooming the product backlog to prepare it for prioritization and sprint planning.
+ Gather, prioritize, and manage user stories and requirements in collaboration with the Sr. Product Manager and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the Product Team (includes engineers, designers and other stakeholders) during sprint review meetings to provide feedback and ensure completed work meets acceptance criteria. Actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement in product development processes.
+ Write clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring they are well-understood by the development team.
+ Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of acceptance criteria and successful delivery of user stories.
+ Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and sound implementation of product features.
+ Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members, presenting compelling product visions, roadmaps, and updates.
+ Define the problems our products will solve for a particular market, identifying target users, and determining timelines. Conduct thorough research (with the UXR team) to validate problem statements.

**What we’re looking for**
+ Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education. Master’s degree is preferred.
+ 8+ years’ experience working with marketing and financial platforms like vehicle financing, billing, servicing, and payments.
+ Someone who can understand Digital experiences, APIs, GCP cloud services, analytics, experimentation, and dashboards.
+ Experience working on global teams and in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product and engineering areas
+ An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate vision and seek alignment across all parties.
+ You can influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
+ Experience in delivering Digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and React FE framework
