The Product Manager – Faucets Innovation will be responsible for partnering with the faucet category product leaders to develop and enhance the long-term innovation product portfolio. This role will identify and prioritize consumer needs, develop problems to solve in whitespace opportunities, and deepen the innovation product attribute competencies within the team. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including advanced development, advanced process, product management, consumer insights, engineering, and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role.

+ Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills
+ Understand new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning for durable goods
+ Strong acumen in product attribute creation to enable product leadership
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Partner with product management, advanced development, creative labs, and engineering to develop and enhance the innovation pipeline and product attribute leadership capability for faucet categories.
+ Develop a complete understanding of the customer, categories and adjacent spaces to drive new ideation
+ Analyze and translate information into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business strategy and innovation.
+ Manage assigned initiatives and compile updates to share progress with leadership.
+ Be a innovation and product leadership evangelist. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
**Skills/Requirements**
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Product management, innovation, advanced development, or engineering experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
•Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven
**TRAVEL**
Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customers as needed, approximately 25%.

_The salary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
