Product Manager, Digital Client Platforms

We’re looking for a digital Product Manager to:

• understand client needs through research, analytics, and direct communication with clients, advisors, service teams, and stakeholders
• manage client feedback and create reports/metrics to inform future product enhancements
• assess and understand the market and competitive landscape
• ensure clients have a high quality product experience by performing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defects, and facilitating timely resolution of production issues
• assist Product Owners with writing user stories, epics, and other documentation
• foster strong working relationships with stakeholders
• collaborate with stakeholders on communications, marketing, and training
• help with buy vs. build analysis
• support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $80000 to $100000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
