This Role:
Amazon MX Player has multiple monetization models, with video advertising being one of the most impactful ways for advertisers to engage audiences at scale. Video ads, whether in-stream, short-form, or premium placements, offer brands an impactful storytelling canvas that combines MX Player’s vast reach with Amazon’s deep audience insights.
As a Product Manager on the Video Ad Products team, you will define and drive the evolution of MX Player’s video advertising offerings. This includes shaping the ad formats, delivery mechanisms, and customer experiences that make video ads both effective for advertisers and seamless for viewers. You will prioritize roadmap initiatives, clarify product requirements, and ensure video ads leverage Amazon’s tech stack and billions of customer signals for precise targeting and measurement. Your responsibilities will span defining video ad product features, collaborating with design/engineering to deliver exceptional CX & UX, and ensuring accessibility and relevance for diverse customer segments.

You will:
Drive the development and execution of MX Player’s video advertising strategy by translating customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering, design, science, legal, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
Work back from customers by analyzing data, collecting feedback, and identifying pain points to ensure we are prioritizing the right improvements.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring feature adoption, engagement, and advertiser outcomes to drive continuous optimization.
Partner closely with engineering on execution and implementation decisions for video ad delivery and related technologies
