You will lead the strategy and growth roadmap for Smart Home in Canada and Mexico regions, helping customers adopt and build their Smart Homes with Alexa, focusing on driving a connected experience across Amazon Devices (Echo, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, etc.) Key job responsibilities We are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager who will define and expand our Smart Home sales and acquisition strategy. You will build programs and drive new mechanisms that help customers build an Alexa enabled Smart Home. Your primary focus area will be to grow our accelerating Canada and Mexico regions by creating and implementing strategies that grow the entire SH journey: from acquiring first time Alexa SH customers to helping our most prominent users further their engagement with the newly launched Alexa+. The role has scope to expand with experience. You will be joining a passionate, fun, and tenured team where everyone is focused on delivering significant impact for our customers. You have demonstrated experience in driving results with a team on a new or current product, manage multiple key stakeholder relationships, are comfortable in driving executive meetings/product roadmaps, and want to improve the customers experience on Alexa and Alexa+. A day in the life In this role, you are responsible for delivering on our customer acquisition goals. You take a data driven approach to target customers that could be interested in building their ambient Smart Home. You will create and deliver acquisition roadmap for different sub-segments of customers that includes marketing strategies, product/feature roadmaps, segmentation strategies, and financial analysis. You will have the opportunity to influence the new products and tech features for Alexa Smart Home. This role is inherently cross-functional and highly visible, working closely with stakeholders and earning trust at all levels. This role requires regular interaction with senior leadership, as such executive presence is key. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
