The Cabin, Modifications, and Maintenance team within Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced **Product Manager** for its Business Development and Strategy team. The product manager will be responsible for creating the roadmap and early development of new products for the cabin interior. This role requires a combination of business acumen and comfort in technical situations. Day-to-day work may involve building a business case, conducting market research, coordinating engineering support, drafting product requirements, setting the development timeline, or anything else needed to mature the product or service through Gates 1 to 4 (out of 12). You will be part of a team of product managers each working on different products in the Cabin space. **Responsibilities:** + Evaluate business opportunities + Conduct market assessments and research + Build financial models + Determine technical feasibility + Create development milestones and timelines with engineering + Project manage early development efforts + Track and report financial and execution performance + Coordinate cross functional support from (Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Supplier Management, Legal, etc) + Self-direction to define next steps and create guidance for others + Lead product development prioritization, solutions and problem solve across functions **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)** : + Bachelor's degree + 9 + years of relevant experience **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)** : + Engineering or technical degree + MBA or education in business preferred + Experience in aviation, especially at Boeing + Previous product or program management experience + Previous experience advancing a project through the enterprise standard gated process **Drug Free Workplace** : Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits** : At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.  Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.  The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.  The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
