We are looking for a data-driven and consumer-oriented Product Management Specialist to drive user engagement and growth across our portfolio of smart home apps and services. This role sits at the intersection of smart home and IoT product, marketing, and data—focusing on turning user insights into compelling experiences that increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, design, customer support, and analytics to optimize the customer journey. From in-app messaging and activation tactics to feature prioritization and demand response enrollment, you'll help shape a seamless and personalized user experience that delivers value and drives business outcomes.
Job Duties
Partner with Senior Product Managers to define and prioritize growth- and engagement-focused product features Leverage data platforms (like Amplitude) to understand user behavior and identify friction points in the customer journey Design and execute A/B tests and in-app experiments to continuously optimize engagement and retention Translate insights from user behavior, marketing analytics, and customer feedback into actionable product improvements Collaborate with channel marketing, category, engineering, sales, and finance to execute initiatives that span the full customer lifecycle Work across legacy and current mobile apps to drive cohesive and connected app experiences Contribute to personalized user journeys using lifecycle marketing tools and strategies Help scale our demand response program through innovative in-app messaging and activation techniques Support creation and execution of tactical product roadmaps focused on growth metrics like monthly active users, churn, and feature adoption
You Must Have
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Demonstrated experience managing or improving customer journeys, especially in B2C environments Curiosity, energy, and a growth mindset with a desire to iterate and optimize based on performance data Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
