**CTG is seeking to fill a Product Management (Program Management I) opening for our client in Atlanta, GA.**
**Location:** Atlanta, GA
**Duration:** Ongoing contract
**Duties:**
+ Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for **Copilot Chat** , an AI-powered conversational assistant that enhances the digital workplace experience.
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define, develop, and launch intelligent, user-friendly, and secure chat features.
+ Drive alignment between product goals and organizational priorities to ensure business value and measurable outcomes.
+ Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
+ Monitor product performance and user engagement to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
+ Advocate for best practices in AI ethics, privacy, and security to protect sensitive enterprise data.
**Skills:**
+ Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities with a proven track record in product management.
+ Deep understanding of AI-powered chat experiences and their role in improving productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
+ Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across engineering, UX, data science, and business teams.
+ Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, impactful user experiences.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
**Experience:**
+ 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI, conversational interfaces, or enterprise software.
+ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital workplace solutions.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
+ Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
