Job Summary:
The Product Management Leader, Software serves the Residential HVAC customer base across North America. We provide innovative software solutions, digital offerings, and support services. This position will report directly to the GM, Digital Residential HVAC and will be part of the Digital Residential Leadership Team. In this role, the Product Management Leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and performance of a diverse suite of software solutions tailored for the residential HVAC market. This includes managing products that enhance the efficiency, connectivity, and user experience of HVAC systems. This role will be Hybrid out of the Davidson, NC office.

Portfolio Management:Support the portfolio P&L across all channels and markets to drive profitable growth.Leadership:Lead Product Growth Teams (PGTs) through the product strategy process to define and deploy growth plans in alignment with overall business objectives.Oversee product lifecycle management and investment strategies through robust Multi-generational Product Plans.Customer Focus:Champion customer needs with all internal and external partners, requiring a strong understanding of channel profitability and internal business capabilities.Collaboration:Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to activate segment growth plans using customer insights, competitive, and market data.Operational Excellence:Leverage our Business Operating System and Product Management standard work, processes, and tools to deliver high-quality business outcomes.Coaching and Development:Coach and develop a team of Product Owners and Product Managers to continuously improve employee engagement and enhance our winning culture.What you will bring:

Base Pay Range: $150,000- $185,000 +
