Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Product Management Coordinator to join their team. As a Product Management Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Product Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and effective communication which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:**
Hybrid (60% Office / 40% Remote) – Rocky Hill, CT
**Pay Range:**
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Assist the Global Product Management team with daily operational activities
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to manage product lifecycle
+ Support phase in/out of products to meet market and portfolio goals
+ Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure business continuity
+ Drive operational efficiency through cross-functional teamwork
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience working in product management or related coordination role
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
+ Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility
