ResponsibilitiesA Product Management Analyst partners closely with a Product Manager to support the development of software products that deliver meaningful value to customers. This role is suitable for both new and experienced analysts, with structured training and guidance provided to ensure success. The organization prioritizes clarity and strives to equip team members with the context and direction needed to perform effectively.
A PMA in this role demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams. They take full ownership of their work, value accountability, and approach challenges with curiosity—always seeking to understand the underlying reasons behind decisions and outcomes. They also rely on data to validate ideas, maintain a critical perspective on subjective inputs, and embrace technology with a willingness to learn new tools and skills.
Reviewing and Executing Queries- Review files and process outputs to test and validate results.Writing Product Requirements- Create tickets for frontend and backend features. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Collaborate with developers to enhance product features as well as ongoing processes.Testing Product Features- Validate items in progress to ensure quality and user impact.Delivering Results- Demonstrate a strong focus on execution, consistently driving initiatives to completion. Regularly reassess deliverables to ensure they are generating meaningful and measurable value.Continuous Learning- Identifies and integrates new frameworks and technologies into existing systems. Actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiency and accelerate task completion through innovative solutions.Challenging Status Quo- Analyzes current processes to understand their purpose and impact. Collaborates across Business, Operations, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to reimagine and improve how work is done.
