Product Management Analyst

This position is responsible for assisting product managers in developing products and enhancing member experiences by researching, collecting, and analyzing data about the market and the customers to drive member growth and retention.  Performs complex analysis designed to evaluate and monitor the competitive landscape, product performance, and identify opportunities.  Monitors trends in retention, growth, profitability and service quality for assigned product lines.  Prepares reports on findings and makes recommendations to executives for improvement. Provides leadership, direction, and integration of multiple project activities across functional groups/divisions, influencing people and results within the organization.


Job Duties

Participation in all aspects of Retention Programs for Auto Club Enterprises

Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. Use insights from research and analysis to inform the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, in order to increase the value of current products and/or introduce new product/service opportunities.

Identify opportunities to enhance products and services through innovation, partnership, and technologies.

Provide product and process recommendations to the Product Manager regarding the development of strategic plans and monitoring the implementation of the strategic business plans for the market(s), product(s) or program(s).

Identify, monitor, and analyze key business metrics (e.g. sales, leads, etc.) for your products.

Acting as project manager and leader in the implementation of projects. Ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Work with multiple areas of the organization (including sales, Marketing, finance, ETD, etc.) to facilitate the development and success execution of all initiatives.

Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.


Qualifications

Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, and computer science) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

1-3 years product management, product development or related experience.

Strategic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data.

Experience with Tableau software and SQL, or ability/willingness to learn

Strong understanding of product development process and methodologies

Excellent communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written, including authorship of product-related documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and senior executives.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$90,400.00 - $120,300.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
