**Research & Development**
This role forms part of the PLM Business Support team within Global R&D and supports the day-to-day operations of our PLM platforms. The role provides front-line support to end-users and contributes to business process documentation, data quality management, and system improvement initiatives.
**About the role**
To provide essential user and data support across our PLM platforms, ensuring consistent system performance, high-quality data, and a positive end-user experience. This role is a critical contributor to operational stability and future system transformation.
**Your responsibilities**
• Provide first-line support to PLM users, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
• Document and track system incidents and recurring issues to support IT&D partners with root cause analysis.
• Support system testing and validation during upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
• Assist in gathering user feedback and translating it into requirements for future enhancements.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist in onboarding new users and delivering training sessions to build user confidence and system fluency.
• Perform routine data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to support process integrity.
• Support data migration activities and cross-platform alignment efforts.
• Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
**The experience we're looking for**
• Foundational knowledge of PLM systems or related digital platforms in a business or technical support capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in data quality and system functionality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a global base of end-users effectively.
• Willingness to learn and apply system knowledge to support business processes.
• Experience in user support, data entry, or training delivery is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
