Coach, recognize and provide timely feedback to direct reports for immediate reflection. Responsible for supporting the success of your direct reports, by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. Communicate a clear vision of the future: discuss, explain and actively promote the vision within own team, to peers and customers. Act as coach and guide for individuals to find their right career track per their strength and capabilities, turn active if individuals are passive on their development. Explain and execute strategy of own unit/department, alignment of team goals to corporate/unit strategy. Act as Thought Leader in Knowledge Management & Learning Business Program, and Service Delivery Knowledge. Lead and execute global and local knowledge & enablement programs and projects with high complexity. Monitor and drive continuous improvement (incl. quality) of programs and services. Responsible for team KPIs, Process Optimization & Innovation. Act as trusted advisor that understands customer’s business needs and goals. Understand stakeholder’s organizational structure and business model. Continuously engage and communicate with key contacts. **Education and** **Occupational Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. **Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:** **Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:** + SAP Customer Experience solution area. Prior work experience, internship or university-level coursework must involve each of the following: + SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Services Cloud, SAP Emarsys, SAP Customer Data, and the integrations platform SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP); + Technical architecture stack of different products under SAP Customer Experience; + SAP Analytics Cloud to create, customize, and work with Analytics dashboards and reports of feedback from customers, partners, and other learners; + Backlog management, stakeholder management, or resource and time management; + SCRUM, ADDIE methodologies, or Jira; + PowerPoint, Camtasia, Enablement content planning, or creation; and + Knowledge management and training delivery. **Travel:** N/A This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the SAP Internal Employee Referral Policy . SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $174,512 - $258,300. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
