As a Product Lead for small Kitchen Appliances you will develop innovation in Own Exclusive Brand (OEB), being more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance.

What's the job? Use insight to create and maintain an exciting and competitive Category OEB rangeUnderstand the potential additions to the OpCo 'ask', to take the OEB range to the full potentialHave full visibility of Opco’s full ranges for insight purposesProject manage all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept through to deliveryLead a cross functional expert team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging etc.) across OEB Range development and validationLeads on Identifying NPD, input into eligibility criteria, Selling data, Comms brief and Product ValidationIdentify commercial potential for my OEB range by analysing relevant data for trends and insightsIdentify requirements for OEB product development projects by using the Business/ OpCo Category direction and all the customer insights gained.Shared Responsible for the sales and margin performance of the OEB products within rangeOwn ongoing performance review of OEB products and manage remedial actions with OpCo's to support overall range performance
