We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the Member Success Team portfolio, ensuring alignment with growth, integration, and customer lifecycle strategies. This role will work cross functionally to oversee the management of the growth portfolio, driving performance, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring investments meet budget and market demands. The ideal candidate will lead prioritization and optimization efforts using data, customer insights, market trends, and business objectives to accelerate growth and enhance customer value. **Portfolio Oversight & Governance** + Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the portfolio, including intake, prioritization, execution, and closure. + Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business goals. + Maintain governance frameworks and reporting standards. **Performance Monitoring** + Track and report on portfolio KPIs, financials, and resource utilization. + Identify underperforming initiatives and recommend corrective actions. + Conduct regular portfolio reviews with stakeholders and leadership. **Stakeholder Engagement** + Collaborate with DRIs, business leaders, operations, and finance teams. + Facilitate decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights. + Present portfolio updates to leadership. **Risk & Issue Management** + Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and dependencies. + Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. **Resource & Capacity Planning** + Optimize allocation of resources across the portfolio. + Forecast demand and manage capacity constraints. **Continuous Improvement** + Drive process improvements and portfolio management maturity. + Leverage tools and technology to enhance visibility and decision-making. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 5+ years of program leadership experience + Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines + Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and analytical skills + Ability to deliver presentations to senior leaders + Able to collaborate with all levels of the organization + Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making in a group setting + Ability to comprehend performance metrics and recommend future investment needs + Excellent active listening skills + Experience working in an agile environment with agile methodology + Flexible and adaptive; able to work in ambiguous and complex situations + Experience with all Microsoft tools and Monday.com + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Strong attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP certification or SAFe Agile certification **Use your skills to make an impact** **Additional Information:** As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
