About the role

As an Application Engineer at Mettler - Toledo Philippines, Inc., you will play a crucial role that will support the sales team in conducting demo, presentation, site survey, pre-and-post sale project execution, and training to customers. In this full-time position, you will be based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, leveraging your technical expertise to help our customers. 

What you'll be doing

Provide technical support and training to customers on the installation, configuration, and operation of Mettler - Toledo products

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our products

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions

Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of projects

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar application engineering or technical support role

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, industrial automation, and measurement systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficient in the use of CAD software and data analysis tools

Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, training, and support as needed.
