Overview:

This position is responsible in ensuring overall sustainability, growth and profitability of the portfolio while enabling synergistic opportunities for other categories within the portfolio:

Job Responsibilities:

Drives profitable pricing strategy for the overall portfolio of Ag Division. Set and deliver short- & long-term product strategy profit goals.Serves as central point of contact with global/regional/sub-regional marketing in his/her assigned category. For new launch products, working closely with RAS, monitors registration timelines to ensure timely launch executionDevelops crop, molecule, marketing, brand plans and venture launch plans for the category through well thought of segmentation, targeting and positioning processIdentifies and assesses market opportunity for AMP. Understand the market needs by using the best practice Market analysis tools.Develops value proposition and messages for new products based on value assessment results from LPTs and LPDs conducted by New commercialization (NC) TeamSupports in the formulation of DG plans and works closely with both DG Team and Sales Team to ensure flawless execution of campaigns n target markets segmentsWorks closely with marketing communications and digital services team to design and implement product communications and digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.Monitors execution effectiveness of DG campaigns with the help of DG effectiveness teamDevelops customer programs to drive loyalty and support sales planning team execute the same.Communicate and get buy-in to product strategy within the countryAgree final sales and expense plan for portfolio within country. Produces task-based P&A, Demo and MR budget planGive leadership and direction to the PCT, setting the agenda and driving it forwardIdentify gaps, build new biz cases and updates existing Biz cases within project guidelines.Responsible for inventory strategy (WFC/SS) within the portfolio and matching Region inventory goals with GPL global inventory goals.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Business/MarketingMinimum 10 years of experience in Marketing focused on portfolio management in agribusiness or related industries that connect with end-users;Solid experience in driving strategic efforts that delivered sustained growth through holistic Marketing & Execution PlansHas directly handled end-to-end process of product launchesA confident speaker; able to articulate messages well in small to medium size groups.
