Join us as a results-driven and highly organized Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution that drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation while aligning with overall business objectives.
**Your role:**
+ As a Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain, you will lead complex, high-impact projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation across Philips’ end-to-end supply chain operations.
+ You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, IT, and Finance to define project goals, ensure alignment with business priorities, and deliver measurable results.
+ This role involves managing strategic and operational projects across logistics, distribution, and production environments while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
+ You’ll develop detailed project plans, manage resources and timelines, mitigate risks, and continuously monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
+ In addition to day-to-day project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives and present updates to senior leadership, enhancing both your visibility and impact across the organization.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in supply chain or operations-related initiatives; this is an individual contributor role.
+ Your skills include project planning, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and experience using tools such as MS Project, SAP, Oracle, and Smartsheet; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certifications are strongly preferred.
+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an effective communicator and analytical problem-solver, highly organized, and skilled at driving change and continuous improvement within fast-paced environments.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $109,500 to $175,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
