What You will Do:
Create and manage production schedules, providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.Track and analyze production performance, identifying gaps and driving solutions.Support capacity planning, engineering change control, and risk management initiatives.Lead process optimization and cost analysis projects across the value stream.Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Develop and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for visibility and decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, engineering, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supporting real-time visibility into schedule and material status.What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).8–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing roles.Experience in creating and maintaining production schedules, with recurring status updates to management.Strong understanding of capacity planning, risk management, and engineering change control methods.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and product cost analysis across a value stream.Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP/MRP systems, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, charting, and visualization tools for periodic reporting.Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail in a data-driven, high-visibility environment.Pay Range:
$70,000 - $85,000
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in East Hartford, CT and Asheville, NC
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required.
