Your expertise will drive seamless client experiences and impactful implementations. **Job Summary** As an API Associate in the Client Technical Onboarding team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing cutting-edge treasury products. You will work closely with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to deliver exceptional client solutions. Your contributions will shape the future of commercial banking, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish. **Job Responsibilities** + Participate in new hire training to understand our onboarding processes and tools. + Engage with senior leaders to align with our vision and strategy. + Build relationships with partners through regular calls to review active implementations. + Develop expertise in API solutions and support clients with file mapping exercises. + Utilize IT banking tools and gain experience through shadowing knowledgeable peers. + Own the client's technical onboarding experience, representing us as the client-facing technical contact. + Provide consultative advice on technical aspects of treasury solutions, including RFP responses and client presentations. + Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services. + Document scope, meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using MS Office tools. + Use workflow tools for status updates and document repository management. + Establish timelines and dependencies to exceed client and partner expectations. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Strong passion for delivering exceptional client and partner experiences. + Proficiency in technical project management, particularly in complex treasury implementations. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner and influence others towards a common goal. + Strong adherence to policy and procedures, consistently meeting or exceeding established SLA. + Expertise in using collaboration tools like WebEx and Zoom for enhanced client discussions. + Solid understanding of project management principles and eagerness to learn. + Knowledge of payments and receivables processes, with a willingness to expand expertise. + Technical consulting or business analysis skills in ERP, systems integration, or API space. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite for documentation and project planning. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends. + Technical client consulting experience to support technical roles. + Knowledge and experience with JSON, Postman/Bruno Tools. + BA/BS degree.
