Summary:
The Business Deposit Specialty Checking Product Manager is responsible for lifecycle product management, forecasting, performance analysis and execution of key initiatives related to Specialty Business Checking Accounts such as IOLTAs, Analyzed Checking, Non-Profit, and others. This role will have responsibility for designing and implementing strategies to grow these products through increased acquisition and deposit generation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying and launching innovative new specialty business checking products unique to Huntington, in balance with risk objectives and delivering a Category of One customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lifecycle product management of specialty business checking products including identification and implementation of new product opportunities and delivery modelsDefine and execute strategies and tactics specific to growing these specialty accounts and coordinating across cross-functional teams and obtaining alignmentEstablish cross line of business routines with key partners to influence and drive forward product growth and key initiativesUtilize data analytics to track performance, interpret and forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions to ensure revenue and loss targets are metIndependently evaluate results and progress to plan to accurately forecast deposit balances and household growth and provide appropriate inputs into financial forecasts for the month, quarter, and yearMonitor progress weekly: competitive and regulatory environment, economy, Huntington’s revenue and loss performance, plan targets, revenue risks, product driver trends, and optimal customer experiences related to specialty business checking productsMonitor competitive and customer trends and translate those trends into product improvements to enhance sales, improve deepening, and client retention initiativesProvide reporting and analysis for exception processes and adherence to risk tolerancesCommunicate changes to positioning, financials, trends, strategy, and other analysis within regular meetings, written communications, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and riskPerforms other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
7+ years of product management, product analytics, or finance experienceBachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degreeExperience with and a strong understanding of deposit products or treasury managementProven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting) and translating analyses into actionable strategies and tacticsMust have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plansProven execution of new product launchesDemonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlesslyExperience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent executive-level presentation skillsMust be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovationTechnical skills: SAS, Essbase, Microsoft Office suiteTotal Base Pay Range93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual#LI-MC1

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
