Job Description

MISSION

The Coordinator, Product Flow is responsible for managing product flow for Core and Feature period items as well as proactively communicating and updating key business partners on item exceptions and issues. In addition, this role will provide support to the Planning & Inventory Management team, specifically with reporting and managing inventory in the store and online channels.

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

Completion/accuracy of projects/tasks within a specified time periodEffective communication with functional teamsDecreased cycle time through the Indigo Distribution CenterImproved visibility on item order status for Planning, Merchants, Supply Chain

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

Actively track incoming vendor purchase orders, working with partners in DC Operations, Supply Chain Analysts, Vendors to understand and communicate current order statusEngage with Planning and Category teams to proactively communicate exceptions and issuesAct as the main point of contact for Indigo’s Distribution Centre’s for:The Distribution Centre Watch List and the OD Exclusion ListGeneral Merchandise DC RUSH communicationsAct as the main point of contact for third-party vendors and logistics partnersMonitor in-stock readiness for turnovers and key programsConsolidate tasks across General Merchandise/Print businesses, including DC to DC transfersAssist with heat tickets and in the resolution process

Qualifications

Work Experience / Education / Certifications

College/University education program preferredWork experience in retail is an asset
