As a Product Feedback Analyst/Team Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and data scientists responsible for synthesizing vast amounts of product feedback from various sources to drive impactful product improvements and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will be instrumental in developing a deep understanding of user needs and pain points across Google's Ads translating raw feedback into actionable insights and recommendations for Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership. You will advocate a data-driven approach to understanding user sentiment and ensure that feedback is effectively channeled to influence product development and commercialization efforts.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.
