About the team
The Solution Experts team is part of the GCO / Professional Services department, and you will report to the Solution Expert team manager.
We work in an Agile environment, and you will work in close collaboration with the entire R&D team (Development, QA, Technical Documentation), as well as the Product Support team and Professional Services Consultants.
Responsibilities
Requirements
University degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar roles including software development;Proven professional experience with databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL);Proven professional experience in Unix (AIX, Solaris) and IBM MQ environments;Knowledge of and experience with web & application servers (TomCat, WebSphere, WebLogic);Experience in Mainframe or AS400 systems is a plus;Appetite for advancing Cloud technologies is required;Perseverance, ability to deep-dive into technical issues, responsiveness and customer-focus are needed qualities to be successful in this role; Previous experience in Product Support and in Professional Services as an Implementation Consultant, and/or Technology development role is desired.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here
