Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Quality System and Safety DevOps group. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of software release engineering automation infrastructure, support the setup of new vertical build/test farms, and assist in the deployment of Key Management Infrastructure environments. You will work closely with DevOps engineers to implement bare-metal VM/container services and configure virtual Docker-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tAssist in developing execution plans for DevOps projects, including roadmaps and project schedules.

•\tCollaborate with team members to maintain and enhance scripts for software builds and deployments.

•\tMaintain and monitor automation test infrastructure environments.

•\tTrack and manage issues and improvements in the lab environment.

•\tContinuously assess and improve the health of test beds; develop tools to monitor system status.

•\tGain hands-on experience and develop new skills in DevOps pipelines, release engineering, and security.

Minimum Qualifications:

•\tMS in Computer Engineering, DevOps, or equivalent experience with a BS in an engineering discipline.

•\tExperience working in a DevOps datacenter environment.

•\tAt least 1 year of educational or professional experience with DevOps methodologies.

•\tFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Git Actions, and Visual Studio.

•\tWorking knowledge of Linux and Windows-based services.

•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•\t1 year of DevOps experience in RF, analog, or digital-related projects.

•\tExposure to IC-related software product development.

•\tFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies.

•\tExperience with tools such as QT Code Coverage, GCC, CMake, Coverity, Artifactory, Jira, Docker, and Visual Studio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $165000.00/yr.

11 (maybe 12) holidays

PTO and sick days are prorated

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Morrisville,NC.
