The Process Technician will be responsible for the assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Monitors & trouble shoots electrical & mechanical equipment used in the assembly process to build hydrostatic pumps, motors and components + Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality + Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor + Assists in the prove-out of new processes and process changes by gathering data, making observations about the process, and communicating ideas to improve results + Works closely with the Process Engineer **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
