Bring your passion for creating engaging and approachable content to a dynamic and influential team at Esri. The Geocoding team is looking for an experienced, creative, and hard-working writer to create reference help documentation, blog articles, videos, guides, and tutorials about geocoding in ArcGIS products. In this role as a product engineering writer, you will work closely with teams across Esri to communicate and demonstrate best practices about geocoding capabilities. We are looking for an individual who has a strong planning, problem-solving and analytical mindset. One who can translate complex ideas into clear and compelling messages within established deadlines is well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities

Write reference help documentation in our content management system about geocoding Create blog articles, videos, guides, and tutorials that provide guidance, best practices, and applied workflows for geocoding Collaborate with development, product marketing, product management, marketing, sales, and other teams to promote geocoding in ArcGIS Requirements

1+ years of experience working in similar role and environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Passion for innovative data visualizations and storytelling Enthusiasm for creating demos and giving presentations Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling content Effective time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile environment with a fluid mix of collaborative and independent work Bachelor's in computer science, information systems, GIS, or related field Recommended Qualifications

Experience with GIS Familiarity with geosearch or geocoding applications and web APIs

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
