**Date Posted:** 2025-06-27 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Job Description:** + Responsible for New Product Introduction Creation of EWI (Electronic Work Instruction), translation of design data in manufacturing data. + Responsible for Revision of EWI via ECN (Enterprise Change Notice). + Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering group and other cross-functional areas to generate details on BOM, assembly drawings, Bill of Process, and other pertinent information required to perform the job. + Apply all captured lessons learned for rebuilds and read across actions on future new products EWI. + Problems are typically within a single area of responsibility and are typically solved through exercise of discretion and/or judgment, drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures and basic analysis + Responsible for making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area + Procedure writing to set standards. + Ensure KPI’s / metrics of the team are met + All other tasks that are deemed appropriate by Product Engineering Manager. **Required Qualifications:** + College graduate preferably with Engineering degree + Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals. + Multi skilled with other function within work area + Knowledgeable in Engineering Tools: Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job, Lean Application, Pro Certification and 8D, NX and Teamcenter + Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system. + Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies. + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. + Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year + Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan + With at least a year in his/her current position **Technical Skills / Competencies:** •Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft application) •Preferably with experience in using SAP or any similar MRP systems •Preferably with experience in Team Center software application Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
