Working together with Global team, technical support the product sales in global.
Working together with local team, provide technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Product design and related work
Responsible for the new product development, including product analysis, design, calculation and product test verification. Responsible for the product performance improvement. Responsible for the electrical control system capability building, especially focus on application technology of pump.Technical support work
Provide the technical support for product sales in global. Provide the technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports. Provide the technical support for product cost down/localization.Communication
Good communicate with global engineering team members. Good communicate with local team, including other departments to solve the problems.Other
