Job Responsibilities Leading product development activities related to engineering and PMI projects, such as 3D/2D, design calculation, DFMEA, tolerance stack up, BOM, qualification testing. Leading NPD, localization and cost down projects Leading or supporting RCPS for product failure in test lab, production, and customer field Leading engineering test and make report Leading engineering changes process Conducting DFMEA activities and any other relative engineering technical job Work closely to the Global Engineering team to implement product strategy Background & Skills Bachelor's degree+ in Mechanical or hydraulic Engineering 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research, gear pump product is preferred Good English skills.   Knowledge in material, machining and heat treatment is preferred Proficiency in UG or other 3D-CAD software Teamwork and goal orientated Global mindset and outstanding communication skills Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing and processes Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
