What you’ll do:

Provide expert technical service support for products, applications, processes, and major project designs to internal and external customersConduct condition monitoring and troubleshoot technical programs, products, and applicationsProvide feedback to design teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of products and applicationsSupport capability building by learning new products and technologies to optimize operational practices and enhance knowledge sharing across the companyAssist in quality assurance classification of productsConsult on new specification requirements and identify opportunities for customersResearch and report on competitor products and process technologiesStreamline business processes to increase productivity and reduce unplanned operating costsInvestigate customer complaints related to product quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered conditions

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in technical service support or a similar specialist operational/technical roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within an established frameworkAbility to work independently with limited supervisionKnowledge of quality assurance processes and product classificationExperience in consulting on product specifications and customer requirementsFamiliarity with competitor product research and process technology analysisCapability to support capability building and knowledge sharing initiativesExcellent communication skills for internal and external customer engagementRelevant technical education or professional qualifications in the field
