Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Product Director, Omnichannel Marketing, will work to develop innovative digital strategies to drive seamless customer experience for critical brands in the growing Johnson & Johnson Neuroscience Portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives, and driving product strategy. Specifically, they will partner with brand leadership and team members and strategic partners inclusive of IT, Advanced Analytics, Digital, Strategic Insights & Analytics, creative agencies, and vendor partners to name a few. They will provide a differentiated experience for HCPs and patients, contributing to our overall Neuroscience portfolio solutions digital strategy. Within this strategy they will reimagine how we engage, communicate, and educate healthcare providers and patients to supplement our traditional personal promotional approach with innovative, non-personal communication. This person will be responsible for identifying and creating innovative digital vehicles and working closely with brands to create aligned, compelling, timely, and personalized content for Neuroscience stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** Strategic Leadership: + Develop and implement the omnichannel product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business vision. + Develop and deliver cohesive and innovative approaches and omnichannel solutions in collaboration with business partners. + Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration. Product Development: + Develop innovative omnichannel products and features that improve customer engagement and deliver measurable results. + Lead all aspects of execution from agency briefings, project management, review processes, operational mechanisms and follow through to drive in market dates. + Lead Engagement.AI (E.AI) model updates, brand insight development, execution translation and support continued improvements. + Partner with omnichannel operations to ensure updated tagging/taxonomy. + Provide operational support where vital to implement aligned measurement framework. Customer Insights: + Develop a deep understanding of healthcare provider interactions in all stages of the HCP adoption continuum. + Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and improve user experience. Collaboration: + Work closely with marketing, sales, advanced analytics, SIA, IT, and other critical teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across all channels. + Lead the collaboration across internal and external partners to align omnichannel vision and key decisions to drive upgraded HCP and patient omnichannel experiences. + Actively participate in E.AI Core Team. + Identify and build key external customer relationships with service providers, physicians, and others to enable continuous improvement of digital innovations. + Partner with legal, compliance and regulatory to ensure strategies, solutions, and tactics are compliant, and ensure compliance across agency partners. Performance Metrics: + Establish key performance indicators in partnership with insights & analytics teams to measure product success and drive continuous improvement related to digital experience and omnichannel media. + Partner to deliver monthly reporting on DEP, CEI, OMF, and other important measures. Budget Management: + Be responsible for product budgets and resources to improve return on investment. + Own omnichannel media spend as well as co-ownership of the media plan including omnichannel media vendor selection. Stakeholder Engagement: + Communicate product vision and updates to partners at all levels of the organization. + Communicate updates on performance and findings. + Drive leadership discussions on E.AI and omnichannel performance for awareness efforts and impact. **Requirements:** + A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. + A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial business experience, with a strong preference for experience in marketing and/or sales is required. + 2-3 years of omnichannel, digital experience, and/or agency experience required. + Demonstrated history of leading agency relationships and producing impressive work, experience required. + Experience with cross channel, journey-based promotional execution preferred. + Excellent leadership, problem solving and management skills. + Ability to partner optimally with stakeholders at various levels. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment: work with urgency, adaptability, and be a champion of change. + Ability to connect the dots: Following advances in technology and analytics, understand critical success factors and generate experiences that truly address the need. + Excellent overall business sense and strong strategic and analytical skills coupled with risk tolerance to innovate new ways of digital communication. + Proactive and action orientated with a high level of personal accountability. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
