Manage and scale the digital technology product teamManage the product lifecycle of his/her portfolioConduct sizing on new projects coming from the business along with developing the business caseManage the project backlog, strategy, and resourcingProduct Manager of PAARTS Store and similar product(s)Own overarching collateral and marketing materialOwn the DTA Application Review ProcessUnderstand, research, and follow technical trends. Assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverageStudy the competitive landscape from a strategic business and go-to-market perspectiveAssess and establish mitigation plans for both business and technical risksUse Domo/analytics tools to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.Drive the development of additional reporting capabilities to measure performance/valueFacilitate and participate in the creation and maintenance of proper product documentationActively collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timingOwn product strategy and data-driven roadmap development and prioritization.

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred8 years in Software Product Management, aviation/aerospace preferred4 years leading/owning Product Management for one or more products3 years managing teamsProven track record of success, both personally and for products managedExperience managing, integrating with, and modernizing ERP systems required (Oracle preferred)Participation in major ERP migration(s) a plusSkills/Characteristics:

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and ADD insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
