Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Assemble prototype equipment and confirm accuracy of assembly instructions.Perform fitment, function, and performance testing on various equipment and kits.Conduct engine diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting.Use diagnostic tools, including scan tools, to assess performance and functionality.Collaborate with Product Management and Product Line teams to resolve product issues.Develop clear and professional testing reports and product reviews.Assist in creating and reviewing assembly manuals and installation instructions.Manage prototype inventory and coordinate inspections for new product launches.Transport test equipment to off-site locations and operate forklifts within the facility.
Work Experience
Qualifications:CDL License required.2–5 years of mechanical experience (Ag Equipment experience strongly preferred).Forklift experience or certification required.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with CRM systems and Solomon software a plus.Ability to develop and support training materials.Experience trailering and transporting heavy equipment.
