**PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER**
**Location: Shanghai, China**
The Project Leader is responsible for leading, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing NPD projects within the organization. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards by following Global NPD process, while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
+ Create comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
+ Develop risk management plans, identifying potential risks and creating mitigation strategies.
+ Lead and manage cross - functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to support efficient outcome.
+ Oversee the day - to - day project operations, making real - time decisions to address issues and keep the project on track.
+ Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
+ Ensure project deliverables, as time to market, product quality, cost, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, etc.
+ Lesson learn from project execution and optimize available procedure
**Skills/Requirements**
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
English Skill on spoken and written
